Delivering a new steel-framed storage facility in Cornwall

Nationwide Engineering has returned to Cornwall to commence a new construction project for Britannia Lanes at Holmbush Road, St Austell, building on the success of our recently completed DHL warehouse and office development at Victoria Business Park.

Works are now underway on site, with initial activities focused on forming a new access into the development and establishing the foundations to support the main construction phase.

The wider scheme involves the construction of a new portal steel-framed storage facility with cladding, alongside associated utilities, hard and soft landscaping, and parking infrastructure. The project will deliver a high-quality, practical solution tailored to the client’s operational requirements.
