The Project
Bauer Group required three premium level starter units to expand their portfolio. This included a specialised unit with a total floor area of 4,350 sqft and thirteen units ranging from 1530 sqft to 1940 sqft over mezzanine and ground floors.
The site is located at Furnax Lane, Warminster. The three structures are steel frame with mezzanine levels over a combined footprint of 1522m2. They sit on a combined site of 0.997 acres.
The starter units were let from May-22 . We were later engaged to build a similar set-up for the client in Cornwall.
