The Project
Nationwide Engineering were engaged to deliver remodelling and refurbishment of the 12th floor office of the building for the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
Works included the strip out of existing partitions and doors within the area (excluding structural elements), the removal of suspending ceilings where necessary to enable the adaption to the existing HVAC controls, the removal of the existing lighting fittings and floor coverings.
Installation works consisted of new stud partitions to suit an acoustic rating of 55db, increased sound attenuation for ductwork (HVAC), adapt controls for HVAC system, supply & installation of new floor coverings, installation of all associated fire safety and fire compartmentation works, Alterations & Additions to existing general power and data installations and the replacement of lighting / lighting control systems including emergency lighting.
